Someone else collecting passport from Visa Centre Islamabad

Hi,

My mother has got a text message from UK Visa Centre Islamabad, Pakistan saying that her application/passport is ready for collection.

Can someone please tell me if I can collect on behalf of her? If yes, what documents do I need to take with me?
