Online app status check

Hi
I used online service to check my application status and when i use Royal Mail reference it says awaiting a decision last updated 25th may but when I enter my home office reference it says decided last update 26 may and decision is posted to me.
Anybody else same experience ?very confusing

has the decision been posted to you ? and when did they post it?
had same experience, only my home office reference no shows decided others shows awaiting decision and when i contacted HO they said its not yet completed yet.
