Tier 4 Student Visa - Processing Time

Post by kingkhann » Mon Jul 24, 2017 3:45 pm

Can any one advice, what's the processing time for Tier 4 Student visa from Pakistan?

UK Home office suggests 97% cases processed in 10 days and 100% cases processed in 15 days. Where as education consultant advice me, it will take around 3-4 weeks.

Either Consultant are too conservative or home office are too aggressive with their time frame?

Anyone with experience in recent time can advice?

thanks

Tier 4 - Dependent Visa - Processing Time

Post by kingkhann » Mon Jul 24, 2017 3:49 pm

I am planning to apply for dependent separately after few months.

Can anyone advice, what's processing time for Tier-4 dependent visa application? Does she need to appear for interview or it will be just submission of documents?

Consultant advice me, Tier-4 dependent visa processing time is 3-4 weeks where as I can't find specific processing time for tier-4 dependent visa.

Which documents she will be required to submit with her application?

What's success rate of Tier-4 dependent visa, provided that all requirements are fulfilled, i.e. marriage certificate, bank statement and uni CAS letter etc

thank you

I don't have any experience with dependants but this is my first time applying for the tier 4 and honestly, I'd lean more towards 4 weeks.. there's no way of knowing for sure and even their website isn't completely accurate. For my VAC it says 66% in 5 days and 100% in 10 days. Well, it's been 7 working days since my biometrics and I'm still waiting for an ECO to be allocated to my case so.. :(
That's why it's better to just apply a lot of time in advance.

Hello bro,
I think I am also in the same boat now as you were earlier.
Can you please share what was the "email subject/title" that you received from visa officer, saying that vsa decision has been taken.

Thanks for your attention.

Hello Khan Sb,
Is there any update on our visa delivery? Refused or granted?

Noting so far. I just received an email on last Sunday saying that my case is being prepared for consideration by decision making officer.
I hope to have an update in coming week.
