ILR (LR) application acknowledgement

Hi Guru,

Can anyone please advise if UKVI issue acknowledgement letter after submitting ILR(LR).

As in my different thread i mentioned my employer terminated me but i appealed against it and now the hearing is on 5th Aug.

But they conducted ECS with the reference number which application is expired and it resulted in negative.

Now they are asking for acknowledgement letter i told them they don't issue it anymore but he is not listening to me.

Please advise
