I graduated from UK and have done a degree in ‘’Business administration’’ , after finishing my degree back 2015 I came back to Pakistan to apply Tier 1 visa by myself . As I mentioned that I have done degree in business administration and making the business plan was not a hard job for me. I applied visa in 2015 with my sister who have graduated in Pakistan, at first I didn’t took any professional help and got rejected due to considering Good will funds as investment funds. Second time I corrected my mistake and applied for visa again they call me and my sister in 2015 for interview, my sister got little confused in interview and couldn’t able to answer correctly some of the financial question and told the ECO that my brother knows the financial matters .WE got rejected second time too . I felt quite bad actually because we both prepared and genuine entrepreneurs, since then my sister step back and took her half the money and went to japan with her husband. I contacted the law firm and discuss my case they advised that your plan is to buy petrol station and it’s not very promising business, maybe you should try other business, I forget the plan to apply the visa and joined my family business.
My family have good corrugated carton business we already making paper for pizza boxes in Pakistan, and working with some of the big brands . I worked really hard in my business for one year , I went to china imported pizza carton machinery and expand my business. Some of my competitors were supplying pizza boxes in UK, I saw again real potential in this business but had feared may be I will reject again. This time i have the money I contacted one of the best law firm in the UK and prepare my case , again I make the business plan and (done research really good research) , checked all my documents prepare all the financial and checked by the really good business project planner in the UK. The feasibility were also checked by very good company ,contacted the UKTI and explained my business, they saw real potential in my business and happy to help, UKTI conducted my interview and research about my current business. Once UKTI were satisfied they forwarded to me to the relevant departments and guide me how can I start this business in the UK This time I attached all the paper work and applied third time, the ECO again rejected me and pointed out that last two time my plan was petrol station now I changed my mind after one year into pizza box business that’s why I am not satisfied , This time I went to judicial review hire one of the best barrister , UKTI was also in contact with me and following my case. Home office first offered me to reconsider my application again, which I rejected and told home office to submit their defense, Home office submitted their defense and very next day offered me that we will take back our refusal and happy to pay you legal cost take your judicial review back, I have told them the cost and my barrister advised me to accept the offer. I did actually accept the offer and they agreed to pay all the legal cost and then told me they will take the decision in 3 months,. I accepted and after 3 month I never heard anything back from home office also they never transferred the fund, only after 5 month their lawyer replied me yesterday that they will transferred the balance in two weeks, but he says I am still waiting the home office response of my application. I am seriously considering to go to court again, because home office told the court they will take decision in 3 month again and its 5 months now no decision taken yet, the money in my account from last 2 years I am just very hopeless now .i am just thinking it would be a good idea to take the home office to the court again to get the decision? Please help me
