Duplicate naturalisation certificate

Hhi there,
I recently applied for duplicate naturalisation certificate by post. I notice the fee £ 234, has been taken out from my bank but it's been 7 days since . I don't receive anything. Also I don't know the contact number to trace my application status. Can someone help that how much time it takes usually for duplicate to arrive and give me any contact number to enquire about my certificate. Thanx

It's likely to take longer than 7 days, probably a few weeks, if not months.

Expect around 8 weeks turnaround time for duplicate certificates. They have to be certified by a person with signing authority for the head of the nationality directorate, this is why they take almost as long as processing a naturalisation application! Seven days won't nearly cut it, I'm afraid.
