Hi,
I applied for my tier - 2 (general visa) switching from tier - 4. Applied through premium service in May 2017.
They did not gave decision same day and told me they would contact my representative if they need further information from me.
Since then,
they haven't contacted my company or solicitor, no phone calls, no visits, no emails nothing at all.
Shall I call them or Shall I email them ?
Is it normal for them to take long time ?
Really disappointed with premium service.
