should I delist my legal representative before FTT hearing?

Post by noneeadory » Tue Jul 25, 2017 7:44 pm

Hi there,

My appeal hearing is on 3 August and for my PR application and then my Appeal paperwork submission (when my PR was refused) I was using a representative.

However he can not represent me at the hearing because he is only accredited to OISC Level 2.

At my hearing I will be representing myself (but my sponsor and her husband will be there and also my brother in law as a McKenzie friend).

My question is should I send the 'CHANGE OF REPRESENTATIVE PAPERWORK' before my hearing to delist my representative to showing that I am not now represented?

If I didn't do this, will the outcome of the hearing paperwork just be sent to him or would it also be sent to me at my home address?

Thank you for answering my question,
Durafe
