Expired EEA Partner Visa

I am Brazilian and my husband Spanish. I got a EEA visa and it expired in 2015. I was in Brazil with a small baby and the doctors told me to stay until my daughter grow a bit more. Anyway, I want to return to the UK and I have no plans to leave there anymore. My expired visa will be a problem. Can I just apply to renew it? Can I do it in the embassy in Brazil? Can I apply to the British passport?

I have no idea what to do
