Accommodation proof???

Hi all memebers,
I am going to apply for standard visitor visa for UK to visit my wife from Pakistan. My wife is going to provide me accommodation in the UK. can anyone guide me about proof of accommodation!

Do i need to submit a copy of her Tenancy Agreement as a proof of accommodation?
or
A letter from Landlord stating her name and address, is enough for a proof of accommodation?
for my application.

Any advice regarding my query will be appreciated.
