Bring my son here.

Post by bunter2804 » Wed Jul 26, 2017 8:55 pm

Hi
I live in the UK and have DLR DUE FOR RENEWAL NEXT July. I have 4 children 3 of whom I live with and have British citizenship. My oldest is 15 years old and lives in Zimbabwe. He has lived there for almost 15 years. However, his grandmother and grandfather passed away this year and he has no-one to look after him. I tried applying for a visitor Visa for him last year in Zimbabwe and it was turned down. How can I bring my son here I am desperate. I see him every 2 years when I can afford to visit him. I phone him all the time and inhale sole responsibility for him. Please help need to get him asap. What Visa do I apply for and how much.

Where is the other parent? Generally someone holding DLR outside of the Immigration Rules is unable to sponsor a dependent for settlement in the UK.
