Tier 2 application, but no blank pages, can I still apply?

Post by tyronlouw » Thu Jul 27, 2017 9:22 am

Hi,

I am in the UK with a T4 visa and I have a job offer from a UK T2 sponsor. However, I have just realised my passport does not have 2 blank pages. Will I still be able to apply for T2 visa while in the country? I know my T4 visa didnt need blank pages because I got BPR card instead - will the same apply for T2 visa?

If not, will I be able to return to South Africa and get a new passport and apply from there with my job offer? Note that the job advert did not meet RLMT requirements because the job was earmarked for me and I was in the country.

Thanks

Yes , if you apply in the UK you'll get BRP card. They don't put anything in the passport.
