what's the next after "Awaiting a Decision"?

Hi,

I'm processing tier4 to tier2 visa(me) and with my wife(dependent).
I applied the visa 26 Jun, posted all documents 30 June and post arrived at HO 3 July.
we got mail for enrolling BRP at 6 July and we did at 10 July.

Now there's two question,

In the website,

I can check my status with my ref number but not with my wife's ref number. Is it fine? because it's BETA service?

and what is the next after "Awaiting a Decision"?

If they need to have something more, like documents, are they usually post?
