Multiple application for spousal reunification

Post by humtumpyr » Thu Jul 27, 2017 11:47 pm

Hello Everyone,
I hope you all doing well!

I would really appreciate if you could shed a light on the following questions.

I'm Non- Eu, and lives in Ireland since 2008, I have married with Romanian citizen in Ireland in 2014. In 2015, I got EuFam visa for 5 years, but at end the year of 2016 my visa has been revoked because my spouse went back to her country and she was not been living in Ireland anymore.
In 2016, I was working in one of the company , so they apply work permit for me by God Grace the work permit was issued, so my visa status has been changed from stamp 4 to stamp1.

I have applied for divorce in Romania, probably I will get divorce in a few month times. My question is once I get divorce , i'm planning to get marry in my country. Could I bring my wife on spouse visa or not?

I have read about Mutiple application for spousal reunification that A sponsor who is joined by a spouse/partner in Ireland will, in the event of the termination of the marriage or civil partnership (by divorce or dissolution), be ineligible to be joined by a further spouse or partner until a minimum 7 years have elapsed from the date of the first spousal permission. This 7 year waiting period will also be applied where the sponsor was him/herself granted permission to reside in Ireland as the non-EEA spouse/partner of an EU national exercising their rights of free movement

As my visa status is changed now, If I marry in my country, could I bring her on dependent visa?, also please let me know what is the best thing to do in such scenerio.
