Approved Documents Translators

Hi,

I am from Mumbai and a few of my documents are in Hindi and Marathi.

I had contacted vfs global helpline for the same but their translation rates are too costly (over 3k per document)

So I found a Pune base "Language Services Bureau" website which are way cheaper than the vfs guys (about 1k per document)

But I am not sure if they are on the approved list of translators?

Can anyone please tell me from where can I get these documents translated?

Hi mokshada0001,

As far as my experience I had my police clearance certificate report which was in Hindi I had submitted English version of police clearance certificate which was translated via notary.

I do not think you need an approved translator.

Certifying a translation
If you need to certify a translation of a document that’s not written in English or Welsh, ask the translation company to confirm in writing on the translation:

that it’s a ‘true and accurate translation of the original document’
the date of the translation
the full name and contact details of the translator or a representative of the translation company
