What's my best option?

Hi,

I am Australian however I have been living and working the UK since August 2015 on a Youth Mobility Visa which expires this August. I am flying back to Australia next week so I don't overstay my visit but I wish to return to the UK as I now have a boyfriend here. We have been living together since the end of April 2016 and were looking at applying for the Unmarried Partner Visa once we have 2 years of proof however we won't be able to do that if we're in different countries. I am wondering what my best option is so I can return?

I was told by so many companies that a Tier 2 was my only option however there are limited jobs that will pay £30,000. I have looked at a study visa however do not have the appropriate funds at the moment. Do colleges/universities take students on in second semester?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated,
