Switching from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General for Dependents

Hi,

I have recently converted from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General visa. However my wife and child are still in the UK on the old BRP issued as dependents on my ICT visa.

1) How long do they have before they must switch to Tier 2 General?
2) Can they leave and enter the UK on the current BRP or must they have changed their status before re-entering the UK?
