hi.
pls. can u give me best option to choose. i have lived in this country for 10 years lawfully and continuously. i came here in may 19 2007 as student. i did several applications on the same visa category all in time.( from 2007 to 15 june 2013 ). i never travelled outside this country. in november 2012, i applied a visa outside of immigration rule. (health issue) it was refused on october 2013 with right of appeal. hearing was held on september 2014. i was granted 6 months leave to remain. a week before expiry, i submitted an application or renewal of the same in april 2015.it was refused with appeal right. hearing was heard in august 2016. the judge remitted my case back to home office for reconsideration. then home office asked me to submit further docs. to support my claim which i complied on time. On feb. 2017, the home office refused my application with appeal right. reason - medical facility is available in our country.
i submitted my appeal and they sent me acknowledgement letter dated 1 march 2017. up to now, 31st of july, no news yet as to when the date of hearing will be.
1. if i withdraw my appeal, and withdrawal is approved, up to how many days will i be able to submit my ilr. all the required docs are complete.i have no convictions.
2. if i proceed to the hearing and mention that i completed the ten year lawfull and continuous stay, what will the judge say. how will i know that i can submit my ilr
3. if the judge said the appeal is dismissed, what does it mean?
