UK tier 2 Dependent Child visa in India for UK born baby

Hello Mates,

I am going to Apply for Tier 2 General Dependant Child visa for my baby in India, she is born in UK and 5 months old.

I have few questions regarding my application.
1. While applying from Visa4UK site do i need to take the below one for my child?
Work - Tier 2 (General) visa - General Child, up to 3 years.
2. Does my child need a TB X-ray/ clinic certificate? she is 5 months old and stayed in UK for 2 half months and now stayed in India for 2 months. Does my child require it when applying?

Hello Rahul,
Did you LO get the visa you applied from India.
My Little one is UK born as well and we want to apply for her dependent visa from India.
I am not sure if we can do that or not as gov.uk website says: You should get the visa if you intend to travel in and out of UK
