Visa Extension refused and currenty visa period is over

Hello Everyone,

I have applied for the visa on 12'th of June, I haven't received any decision/documents yet.
My current visa expires on 13'th of August, what should I do in case

1. Extension refused and I received the decision on say 12'th of August
2. Extension refused and I received the decision after 13'th of August

In both the cases, do I need to leave the country immediately? or am I allowed to stay for a period.

you have 14 days to apply for a new visa if the visa is refused.
If you leave has expired and the visa is refused, then u wont get the passport get in post but would need to given it to you at the airport.
