Hi, I'm asking for a family member

She has a disabled child from first marriage.
She receives DLA high rate care and Low rate mobility.
Carers allowance
Housing benefit
Child tax credit
Income support

She wants to get married back in Pakistan but has heard about the 18k+ salary rule and is putting her off marrying her new partner.

As far as I'm aware shes exempt from this rule?
Can anyone help us out please.
She deserves some happiness and the guy she wants to marry has been amazing to them both.
