Separated but has a Child

Post by bishopak » Wed Aug 02, 2017 6:18 am

My EEA living together application was refused 3 months ago with no right of appeal.
My EEA partner has ended the relationship and evicted me from the house.
We have a 1 year old daughter born in the UK .
I will like someone to help me with the right information on what I can do

Apply for contact with the child?

How old is the child?

You should apply for a child arrangement order then.

I thought your partner ended the relationship. Did you make up again, and what is the reason for the recent refusal?

Hi,
We made up after four days of separation.
The reason for the refuse are as follows... The home office were not convince that i am the biological father of the my child and that i am not able to provide enough evidence of living together with my partner.
I did the application through a law firm. My intention now is to file in the application myself but i will need advice on how to go about this.
Thanks
