Priority Refund?

Hi all,
I've been waiting a little while now, My wife applied on the 6th of June and gave priority fee on the same day, and I'm still waiting.
I'm wondering when would be a good time to request a refund for the priority fee how would I go about getting a refund?

Hi,

I raised this question with my solicitor, but he said:

"Also they will not refund the priority fee as they do not guarantee the timeframe they simply state that the application will be placed ahead of others. "

So not sure if you can, but would like to know someone that has gone through the process and has been successful. Otherwise, they are milking us out of money!!!

I have seen on this forum people who have successfully managed to get a refund! hopefully they give us some info.
