Travelling abroad for 80 days while on shared parental leavn

Hi All

I am currently on Tier 2 G 5 year visa.

I have approval from my employer for a 20 week shared parental leave, my wife is part time employee and she got approval for work from home for 12 weeks.

Can we both travel to India for 80 days? Will there be any questions while coming back on how you both parents can get holidays ?

i assume this wont affect for my ILR via Tier 2 5 year rule.

In case if anyone need answer to this

Just phoned UKBA, as long as this is within 180 days per year you can travel outside UK without any problem of Tier 2 G or ILR
