URGENT: OCI application - incorrect reference no.

I applied for my OCI in April, got the acknowledgement in May and I've just checked the "online status enquiry" and it says my documents have been received at Edinburgh yesterday - which is where I applied.

While I was putting together the documents I needed to get my OCI I saw that the label on the back of my passport, a signed document checklist showing what documents I provided and the barcoded tracking envelope ALL have the wrong GBRE number. I had seen that the passport had the wrong GBRE no. a little while back but did not think anything of it - now I've noticed that the envelope and the checklist also have this wrong no. I am a bit worried.

The application form has the right GBRE no. and it is under this correct reference no. I can see that my documents have been received at Edinburgh. When I put the wrong ref no. which is on the checklist/my passport/barcoded envelope - the online status enquiry shows "no record found" so obviously this is the wrong ref no.

My concern is that because the wrong ref no. is on the tracking envelope - my documents will end up getting lost because the ref no. on the envelope does not exist. What should I do?

Also - the OCI pack I got when I submitted my application originally says documents can be handed in during working hours between 8.30-11.30 am whilst the documents return page shows a different time - has anyone got their OCI from Edinburgh - do you know until what time you can drop documents off?
