OCI Application Query - # of self addressed Postal Envelopes

Hello -

How many self addressed special delivery envelopes should be submitted along with the application ?

Also - Is there a minimum number of days before which you should submit the application at VFS from the date of filling the online OCI application form ?

Just to answer this question myself :

For OCI - 2 Envelopes (self addressed and postage paid for Royal Mail Special Delivery Silver colour Envelopes) should be taken to VFS. They will let you know the process.

Also make sure you take an letter from the employer (refer vfs website as to what details the letter should contain).

Remember, this will not be the last visit for your OCI, You will also have to make another visit along with your new UK passport to VFS later. So atleast 2 visits to VFS are required for the OCI to get processed successfully.
