set lr peo appointment booked next week.urgent help needed

hi ,
my set lr peo appointment due next week as my 10 yrs completed on 02/08/2017.can any senior member please suggest me, what can be the possible outcome. bit worried

here is my details

2. Entered into the uk on 02/08/2007 as a student until 31/12/2009.
3. Applied as tier4 on 29 december 2009, but has been refused on 18 february 2010.
4. Appealed against the decision on time. appeal heard on 24 june 2010 then dismissed on 05th july 2010
5. permission granted for appeal at UT
6. appeal heard on 13/10/2010 and dismissed on 16/12/2010
7. application to the UT for permission to appeal to the court of appeal
8. permission granted on 24/02/2011 to go to the court of appeal.
applied court of appeal on time.
9. in between applied fresh application on 18/02/2011 for reconsideration.
10.during april 2011 court of appeal's decision was in my favour(don't have tribunals copy but sended to the home office)
10. granted visa valid from 27/04/2011 till 15/01/2012
11. applied further leave as a tier4 migrant from university on 14/01/2012 and granted until 30 march 2014
12. applied further leave as tier 4 migrant from university again on 28/03/2014 but refused on 30/04/2014
13. appeal on time and allowed and leave granted 24/10/2015 valid until 24/12/ 2015
14. applied for further leave as tier4 migrant on 23 /12 /2015 which was pending until 29 june 2017(letter issued by home office confirmation of variation) and varied to set 0 application applied on 02/03/2017 and still pending in home office.

also i had a cci last year for non payment credit card which has beed paid recently.

any advice will be highly appreciated
