Could you please confirm me few doubts.
Scenario: Employed by the company during PSW holder then company issued UCOS to switch to tier 2G and employee gets the tier 2G for 3 years. Now extension held because of complex issues, if HO wants the generic further info which most of the people mentioned they get few queries sent to companies to prove the vacancy:
1. Does the company needs to prove the RLMT for this PSW employee?
2. Does the company needs to provide details of interview notes with the original advertisement and with the details who else applied for that position etc?
3. If a company hires a PSW holder that's a benefit for the company to save money and time on RLMT, advertisement etc, isn't it?
Any other thoughts will be appreciated. Thanks
