JR withdrawn with Consent

Post by Rawshan28 » Fri Aug 04, 2017 6:08 pm

Deal All

Hope you all doing good. can you please give us some advice guys that will be much appreciated

Applied tier 2(G) in time but refused with genuine vacancy, did AR refused again and lodged JR.

Then HO asked to withdraw the JR with consent order and agreed that the initial refusal will be withdrawn

after the reconsideration and HO will reconsider the case with in 4 months, then asked for further

documentations, provided in time, then after 2 months my company licence got revoked and they re-

refused again saying the CoS is not valid as the sponsor licence revoked, gave me chance to do AR, did AR

and refused again and with in 28 days applied for ILR( 9.5 yrs finished that time) and got refusal with In-country Appeal right,

Appeal lodged but hearing date not here, finished my 10yrs.

"So now does the Sec 3c continues from the first refusal to the last refusal even if they re-refuse as the main application was in time and TS agreed with writing that the first refusal falls away and will be withdrawn if they refuse again."

If you guys need anymore information please do not hesitate to ask me.

Hope will get some answers from our respected members.

thank you all

Kind regards

I have moved your post from the EU referendum section, as it should not be there.
