EU/EEA Family member entry visa

Hi everyone.

I'm a British Citizen wanting to move to Spain with my partner for more than 90 days and we are qualified to get the residence card in Spain.

The question, however, is we are required to get an "entry visa", and I've searched and searched to find out what the "entry visa" is and how to apply for it. All I can find is it should be free and only a marriage certificate is needed to apply. But I don't know where specifically to apply and name and conditions of this entry visa.

would help if you can tell the nationality of the family member and where currently they reside. visa form is here https://uk.blsspainvisa.com/london/pdf/ ... nglish.pdf and in section 21: others- specify freemovement and proof if any.
