Spouse Visa Renewal Language Test Requirments

Hi,

For my wife's initial spouse visa application, we submitted IELTS General certificate with a score of 6.5. For the renewal, do we need to provide a new IELTS certificate with similar or higher score? Or is it sufficient to provide any A2 level test like IELTS Life Skills A2 level?
