Immigration Health Surcharge query to fill form

Hello ,

I have filled my online application using visa4uk website.I'm applying from India for a dependent settlement visa. My husband is on ILR. After submitting my application it redirects to the Immigration Health Surcharge page, where I filled my information as well as my husband's information. And the amount I had to pay was around £1500. As far as I know, I have to pay only £600 pounds. I am looking for some guidance from the members as well in filling the form.

If anyone who is in ILR and filling the form for their spouse please help.
