How long is NARIC certificate valid for meeting English Req?

How long is NARIC certificate valid for meeting English Req?

Hi everyone,
I am applying for a Tier 2 General visa and my sponsor is able to validate my English requirement through NARIC. When I send my original documents to the visa application center (I am applying outside of UK), am I able to send the NARIC statement in a printed PDF format (sent to me by my sponsor) or do I need my sponsor to courier back the original statement to me for my application purpose? Thank you in advance.
