URGENT HELP ON DDV CONCESSION

Hello,

can anyone pls advice i have been a victim of domestic violence my partner threatning and chased me out of the house although i got some evidence of this. I am destitute now i want to apply for ILR via domestic violence role cant afford the fee but i want to get fee waiver through the DDV concession. My question is can DDV concession accept my application because i have overstayed becuase my visa was curtailed.
