Can one track the progress of a spouse settlement visa?

Hi,

I have the Royal Mail delivery receipt to UKVI Sheffield but cant seem to find any place where my wife or I can track the progress (not a decision) / status of the application? Its been about 3 weeks since I sent the application form and supporting documents. Have not had an email nor a text so not sure if I have to just wait and watch or is there someway I can get more information.

Any advise?
