First-tier Tribunal Decision - EEA (PR)

Post by noneeadory » Mon Aug 07, 2017 2:25 pm

Hi there,

Had my First-tier Tribunal Appeal on 3rd August 2017.

With regards to the Judge's decision, who do they send notification of the results to?

The reason I ask this is that our Immigration Adviser did not attend (could not because OISC Level 2 only) but was still listed as our Representative and the Judge was surprised when they didn't turn up.

Will the decision be notified only to the Home Office and our Representative or will they also send a copy to me the Appellant as well (even though it shows that I am still represented by my Immigration Adviser)?

Also how long does it normally take for the Judge's decision to be sent out?

Thank you for your help and advice,
Dory.
