Voluntary Return from UK

Hi Everyone
I am New Here On this forum and i need information regarding Leaving Uk Voluntary.
I came here in 2010 and i did my Bachelor's studies here for 2 and half years and then I Did My Masters Study Here.
And my Visa Expired In March 2015. And I went to solicitor and he Applied for Flr for Temporary stay because i submitted my Dissertation late in june 2015. And i got Refusal in july 2015 from home office and my Solicitor Did not inform me anything about the refusal in Oct 2015 Home office call me and they said yoyr application been Refused you Should leave Uk Asap.
But after that i talk to my Solicitor and he applied for Tribunal appeal but Nothing Happend. And in Feb 2016 Home Office send me a Letter for Reporting at thier office's and i went there 5-6 times and after that i did not go my Solicitor asked me to stop and i changed my Address too. And after that home office call and the ask me to Go for Reporting but I did not go.

My Solicitor was keep telling me he applied for my appeal but i have to wait and in January 2017 i changed my Solicitor and i still didnt hear any thing from court.

So i want to know i want to leave UK voluntary now will there Be any problems for me. Should I Inform Home office about leaving. I have got My Travel Documents.
And i also want to know will there be Any Issues with Applying a Visa for Other Countries for example Canada. Can they check previous Uk immigration history.
