After 3 months of submitting our Entrepreneur Extension visa (200K path) and reminder asking for status we received a letter from Home office.
It said thanks for providing receipts of Full payment submission to HRMC for financial years....etc etc........ and then went to say..The RTI provided does not show payments to each employee on individual monthly basis that being claim and no start dates for either employee.
Each submission must show the payment made and tax deducted for that month for each worker. You must also provide the Full Payment submission which shows the date each worker started work with your business.
We have hired a professional accounting firm to do out accounts for the last three years and they gave the payment receipt which were not acceptable. So we have 10 days to submit these documents.
Question 1
Is there any specific format because our accountant says he doesn't know one than the one he provided
Question 2

Question 3
Our Local MP who is known said he will write to them. Is it necessary since they have not decided yet ?? does it carry any weight
