Tier 2 ICT but company partially sold

hi all,

I'm looking for some help here and please let me know if you know any potential options that are available for me!

I'm currently under tier 2 ICT, but my company A who sponsored me just got partially sold to company B and I'm in the team that got sold to company B. Do you know what legal options I have here and what do I need to do?

Also, company A previously filed me for international manager to quality for I-140 EB1C immigration case and my case is still submitted but pending yet to be processed by USCIS. I'm assuming this is not going to work out as well?

I guess my goal is to understand what options I have:
- if possibly, Still stay in the UK?
- Other companies in the EU but all countries will require visa?
- my US immigration case
- Potentially move to the part that remains in company A? does that mean my Tier 2 ICT will still be valid?
- Potentially look for opps within company B but if UK and US both require visas then I will need to be relocated?
- Other
