Tier 4 BRP card

Post by papertchase1 » Tue Aug 08, 2017 11:50 am

Hi there,

I applied for LTR on my Tier 4 on the 19th of July and received an approval letter alongside my passport and documents on the 31st of July (that was the date on the caseworker's letter). On the letter, it mentions that I would receive my BRP separately shortly and I'm aware that most people receive their BRPs within a few days. However, it's been just over a week and I've still not received mine and I need to travel urgently. I tried calling DXdelivery and every single time they say they do not have anything for me from the Home Office which leads me to believe the card isn't even produced yet. How are they taking this long? I'm at a loss as to who to contact in the Home Office as my emails are never answered. At this point I'm debating travelling with out the BRP and having someone mail it to me when I'm abroad so I can return, I know this is silly but that is how desperate I am. Does anyone have any inkling as to what number I should ring? Tried the Home Office helpline but that was useless

Why are you doing all this yourself? Ask the international student adviser at your university to check with their contact at the Home Office.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.

Yeah I have done that but they take ages to reply to. I have just gotten a reply from them stating that the card will be produced today so fingers crossed :/
