I am an Indian national , married to a Portuguese national. My wife has given birth to a baby girl in the United Kingdom . We have registered her birth at the Indian mission and in order to procure a Indian passport, i have to submit a Letter from the Portuguese Mission , saying my child has not applied for Portuguese Passport.( non acquisition letter)
How do i go about this letter?
1) what documents i need to provide
2) fees ?
3) Appointment?
4) how long it takes to get the same ?
i have been unable to get the details on the same from the website.

At this Consular Post will only be made the face-to-face recognition of the Declaration for Portuguese Nationality and the photocopies of identification documents (Foreign Passport) through our Notary Department.
