Questions regarding FLR(M)

Post by Blitheringking » Tue Aug 08, 2017 6:44 pm

Hi Guys,

I have a couple of queries I hope someone can help with.

My wifes visa is due to expire on 31/09/17. We will be applying for FLR(m) during September via the priority service.

Please can anyone advise on the below.

We are living with my parents, when we applied for the initial visa we had to provide the deed to the property as well as accommodation assessment and declaration from my father that we have permission to stay in their home.
Do I need to submit these again? If so do I need to have the home assessed again or will the previous assessment that was done at the time of initial visa be sufficient. Also will my father have to draw up a new letter of declaration advising that we have permission to live at the home?

Or, is there anything else I am able to provide to advise that we have permission to live with parents?

Many thanks.

I think you need to submit it all again as new with an updated Property Inspection Report. They will want to see evidence that nothing has changed. See

I'm not an expert and only answer from my personal experience and understanding of the rules. Spouse Settlement Visa Granted for my wife July 2017. You should not take my advice as absolute.
