Tier 1 ENT employees query for ILR

Post by aman90 » Wed Aug 09, 2017 3:14 pm

Sorry everyone if I'm repeating this question. I did try to search the forum but got a bit lost.
Im up for ILR in June 2018 so looking to get my head around a few things so i don't have any problems later.
These applications are so overwhelming and even simple things seem to confuse oneself when in it.

Though I have enough months to fulfil the criteria. I wanted advice on whether I ought to add the 2 months payslips during which the EXT application was being considered by the HO or do I sort the documents from after the approval? (Guidance: "during your most recent grant of leave")
The employees are continuing to date.
As a pre April 2014 TA migrant, I understand the flexibility that I may have. But was wondering whether the criteria is fulfilled by combining x number of employees working simultaneously in different jobs in a shorter period of time, e.g within 6 months, clocking the requisite hours (obviously disregarding anything above 30hrs/per week).
Really appreciate ur thoughts...
Thank you

Only the employment period AFTER extension approval counts towards your ILR

The requirement under transitional arrangements is simply total of 104 weeks of full time employment
