LOST WRS Card

Hi,

I had lost the WRS letter along with the Home office number on it. I enetered UK in 2009 and worked for an UK employer under WRS continously for 12 months. Now I am making an application for PR for which I need these WRS details. If I am making application based on continous 5 years period in UK since 2012, do I need to fill this WRS details in Section 9.B as WRS scheme ended in 2011? If I don't need to how can I give justification for not giving filling this section/not giving WRS letter details? On the other hand If I do need to submit these WRS details, please suggest how can I obtain these WRS certicate details from Home Office? Suggestions are much appreciated and many thanks in advance.
