Employee passport issue

Post by nani9 » Thu Aug 10, 2017 2:11 am

Hi

Submitting docs to home office for visa extension, one of my employee passport copy is like below exactly. He is no longer in business left the job couple of months ago..
I'm not sure this copy is ok to submit to home office to claim points.
My questions are: doesn't say on passport copy where he born and which country
And date of renewal is blank
Type of document- registration certificate

https://www.google.co.uk/search?safe=st ... UcA8NKI73M:

Please let me know any gurus

Thanks

This is not a passport.

This should be sufficient to prove the employee is a settled worker. It meets the requirement:

If the employee is an EEA national, the biometric data page of a passport containing their photograph and personal details, or a UK registration certificate/permanent residence document;
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.
