Extending holiday to USA

Post by Catsmum » Thu Aug 10, 2017 11:33 am

My daughter is holidaying in the USA and told immigration that she was visiting for one month. Her passport was stamped for 90 days but she would like to extend her travel plans for a further month. She has a UK passport. Does she need to let anyone know of her change of plans or does she have to leave after the month she originally declared?

This shouldn't be an issue. If her passport was stamped and she has a Valid ESTA then she should have no problems. Problems will only occur is she was to exceed the 90 days.
