Documents for Tier 2 Child Dependant Visa

Dear members,

Can anybody let me know what are the mandatory document’s required to apply for PBS Child dependant visa under Tier 2 G from India (Child born in India)

I have obtained ILR last year through 5 year route on Tier 2 G category – My wife still has a valid dependant visa for another couple of months

We want to apply for the child visa under mother’s visa condition before it ends and return to UK. I hope to further extend it within same category in-country application
