Marriage (if the HO give permission) won't change your legal status. You can only apply for a Spouse Settlement or Unmarried Partner visa from your home country. Neither will having a child together necessarily give you the right to remain and will involve a very bumpy road before a decision is made on any application made in the UK.Amar singh wrote:Hi, im from INDIA these days im illegal in UK going every month to Home Office ( EATON HOUSE ) also i've a BRITISH CITIZEN girlfriend she loves me alot we r in relationship from 4 years but never think for marriage but now we have decided to start a FAMILY but i dont know but i've to do for a visa some people said u have to go back to india and marry there then u come back
