Query on Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension

Hi everyone,

I am on a tier enterpreneur 50k visa category. Can you please answer my query on job creation requirement?
I've employed a British citizen (first employment) for my company. For the second employment, we have selected a candidate who holds a Danish passport/nationality with place of birth as 'Faroe Islands' (not part of EU/EEA?). Both of them will work in my company for minimum of 18 months each (so, more than 36 months - full time). Will this satisfy the employment creation requirements for my tier 1 entrepreneur visa extension?
