EEA FP for mother/ What type of uk visa needed for mother

Post by devchauhan » Tue Aug 08, 2017 8:57 am

Hey, everyone, I am from India and married to European national, we had to move to the UK as my wife got reallocated to the UK through her company. I currently have EEA FP for 6 months and I have applied the same for 5 years. I am the only child and my father has expired so my mother is in India alone. We want her to live with us here because she is old and has many health issues, can't walk properly etc, also she is physically and emotionally dependant on us. I have checked on Gov.uk websites about visa, it's written that she has to be mainly financial depend on us, which I am afraid we can't prove as she gets pension from Army after my father, but she has never used banking, she is illiterate, I am the one who takes care of all the financial stuff. We don't want to leave her alone there so please suggest if there is any possible way to bring her here. If anyone has gone through the similar situation please share their experience. Any suggestion and help will be much appreciated.
Regards
